Tata baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or the "Company") is an online betting and gaming service. These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services provided by tata baji.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is a technical error.
• Tata baji reserves the right to void any transaction where incorrect odds or payouts were issued due to a technical error.
• In live betting, certain markets may close once an event has started.
• Bets will be refunded if a match is cancelled or abandoned.
• All games are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — no one can predict or manipulate the outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tata baji. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Bonus system abuse or manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts under the same person
• Placing bets on or using another person's account
• Using software bots or automation tools for gaming
• Attempting to hack the platform's security systems
• Involvement in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity

Tata baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In case of a terms violation
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months)
• As required by a court order or regulatory authority

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact support and we will take action within 24 hours.

Any valid balance at the time of account closure will be refunded, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
